Glass-Mastering:
Glass mastering: pressing a CD or a DVD requires the production of a glass master for quantities of 500 or more. To do so, the data contained in your master is transferred to a photosensitive layer deposited on a glass disc, from which we produce nickel matrices.
Pressing:
Nickel matrices, obtained from the glass master, then serve as a mould during the injection of polycarbonate, a plastic material used for giving body to the CD or DVD. These discs are then metallized by galvanization, and a protective varnish is applied before printing.
Printing:
Screen printing applies Pantone spot inks of 1 to 5 colours directly on the disc surface.
Cases:
The CDs and DVDs are then inserted in the type of case you choose: Paper jacket with window, CD case, cardboard jacket, DVD case, Digipak, etc.
Then we insert the CD or DVD booklets and/or leaflets, and the case can be wrapped in cellophane to protect the finished product. .

Fast, professional and inexpensive, this solution is ideal for your small quantities (1 to 300 copies).
This process is different from pressing in that no glass-mastering is involved.
A disc image is created from your master; it will be duplicated on the CDs or DVDs to obtain copies identical to your master.
